Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to every address in the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Highlands and Islands. Delivery is free on every order. No minimum spend, no postcode surcharge.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will get an email with tracking the moment your parcel leaves us.

How long it takes

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 7–14 working days. Part of our range is held with our manufacturing partners overseas and shipped direct to you, which is how we are able to keep delivery free on every order rather than building the cost into the price. If your order is taking longer than the window above, email hello@gardenwing.co.uk and we will chase the carrier for you.

Tracking

Every order is tracked as standard. Tracking can take 2–3 days to begin updating after dispatch — that is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

If something arrives damaged

Send a photograph to hello@gardenwing.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full. You will not need to post a damaged item back to us.

If something does not arrive

If 21 working days have passed since dispatch and your order has not arrived, contact us and we will either send a replacement or refund you in full. You do not need to wait longer than that.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped to an incorrect address we cannot recover it.
