About us

This website is operated by GardenWing. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to GardenWing. By using this site or placing an order you agree to the terms set out below.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund you in full — if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.

Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on every UK order, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photography is representative; colours can vary slightly between screens, and garden settings shown in images are for illustration and do not form part of what you are buying. Dimensions are listed on each product page — please check them against your space before ordering.

Intended use

Our products are intended for ordinary domestic garden use. Please install feeders, baths and shelters securely and out of reach of pets. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or by use other than as intended.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We do not store your card details; payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection.

Your account and information

You agree to give accurate delivery and contact details. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you order is the version that applies to your order.
